THE DIFFERENCE
This isn't a rework. This is a complete redesign.
Both boots now feature skull faces, the sword hilt has been reforged into a double-headed eagle, and three new helmet variants have been added. The unhelmeted head is larger with sharper detail and improved hair. The sword base has changed to Promethus with a double-headed eagle, and both shoulder plates have been reworked: one now features a griffon with George and the Dragon, the other a griffon claw and skull face.
Every change adds weight, detail, and presence to the Emperor.
