Our custom-painted models are produced by a small, elite team, so availability is limited. Check back often or join the waiting list to be notified when new painting slots open.

 

Each order includes a fully assembled, painted, and varnished miniature. Your purchase covers both the model and the paint job, with no extra fees beyond shipping. 

 

We’ll send a final photo for approval before shipping. If we don’t hear back within 48 hours, the model will be shipped automatically, so keep an eye on your inbox.

Ordering both Painted and Un-Painted models in one cart may increase your shipping cost, as they dispatch from different locations.

 

Our painters deliver high-quality results, but due to time constraints, we don’t offer advanced techniques like heavy NMM or reflective effects.

 

We offer three distinct paint levels:

Battle Ready: Clean, based, and tabletop-ready. Fast turnaround with a focus on clarity and utility.

Parade Ready: Roughly double the effort, with sharper highlights and enhanced detail for a more visually impressive finish.

Ultra Pro: Top-tier artistry with maximum attention to detail. Built for collectors who want display-case quality.

To ensure your model turns out exactly how you imagined, please include clear direction and reference images with your order.

 

Painting takes approximately 1 week per model, with a standard lead time of 3–4 weeks. Depending on your location and slot timing, you may receive your order in 2–3 weeks.

 

We do not accept returns or refunds if you didn’t provide reference material and are unhappy with the result. If you did provide references and still aren’t satisfied, contact us at support@majorminis.com.au with photos and a clear explanation. We’ll review your case and, if valid, arrange a return and refund once the model is safely returned.

WHAT IS MY MODEL MADE FROM?

The models are 3D printed using a high-quality proprietary resin blend. We've chosen this resin based on months of research and development to provide the highest quality model.

HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER ARRIVES?

Depends where you are, orders within Australia are a couple days, order to the US and UK are 1-2 weeks and orders to random obscure countries are 2+ weeks. Due to the current Pandemic situation this can vary but those are the times that I've been seeing.

WHAT IS THIS EXCESS SUPPORT RESIN ON MY MODEL FOR?

When a model is 3D printed, it needs to be supported with thin light "sticks" called supports. We leave these on the model as we send them over to you. Firstly because they help protect the model during transit and secondly, it saves us a lot of time and energy removing themselves - not to mention ensures the models aren't damaged by us removing the supports in an efficient and less careful manner.

Think of them like the sprues for GW models - simply remove the model from them carefully and sand any areas that have been affected by the supports.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND + REPLACEMENT POLICY?

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or missing items, email us at support@majorminis.com.au and we will send another one free of charge.

If you recieve your order in standard condition but decide you don't want it/want to swap it, it'll be a bit of a headache for everyone but we can make it work. You would be responsible for paying for the return shipping and upon me physically recieveing the model, I will issue a refund for the cost of the model but not shipping. If you wish to swap it for a different model then you will need to pay for shipping of the new model. You will be refunded/charged the difference between the old model and the new. I would just avoid this process if I was you though, it'll end up costing more than the model

SHIPPING

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?

I ship orders off 1-2 times a week depending on how many orders need to be sent out. This means it could take 2 hours for your order to ship or it could take 3-5 days.

THE TRACKING HAS STOPPED UPDATING, WHAT DO I DO?

Sometimes orders get delayed or left at post offices, I would first reach out to your countries post system as they are the ones who take over the delivery once the package arrives in your country. If they are unable to help then contact me at support@majorminis.com.au and I will help sort it out

I ACCIDENTALLY PUT IN THE WRONG ADDRESS, WHAT DO I DO?

There is usually a few days between when I receive an order and when I send it out. If you email me at support@majorminis.com.au with your order number and what you want your address to be, I can correct it before it gets sent out. If you do not do this then yea... not much I can do about that
